SuperPaint - to create your own set of arrows using MacDraw - draw a full set of arrows with MacDraw.  Copy the arrows to your Scrapbook and use them with SuperPaint.  Or, since you can open multiple windows in SuperPaint, copy the set of arrows to the Scrapbook, open a blank SuperPaint document, paste the arrows from the Scrapbook.  Whenever you need arrows just open your SuperPaint Arrow document.
